Aloha and Welcome. The word Shangri-La has become synonymous with any earthly paradise. When you enter through the doors of Shangri-La by the Sea, we want you to feel you have entered a paradise of exotic and delicious flavors, beautiful music, and a spectacular sunset view of the ocean.

Our goal is to ignite the Spice of Life in you by offering the most delicious food in Maui. For this, we use the best of island-available chicken and lamb and the freshest of seafood and vegetables.  Our breads and cheeses are prepared in our kitchen by our skilled staff.   We have imported authentic Tandoor (clay oven) for baking breads and grilling delicious tandoori items such as kababs and tikkas. Our curries are made from scratch by grinding imported Indian spices.  We want to tantalize your taste buds so that you will keep coming back to this paradise called Shangri-La by the Sea.
